5248 is based on the amazing new Sony 1/3" Super HAD CCD sensor. Built-in infrared illuminators are automatically triggered by a photocell circuit as needed to provide night time illumination. Full complement of automatic features, including auto electronic shutter, auto gain control, auto white balance and low smear. 5248 delivers 480 lines of resolution and 0 lux low light rating. 5248 camera comes with a weather proof metal case with a sun or rain visor so you can use it outdoor or indoors. The camera comes with 6mm lens allowing for an exceptional 42&degree field of view.
